Has 2 3' beds which can be used as double. TV for terrestrial channels, dining table and chairs and Poang arm chair. Linen supplied and changed 2 weekly or do it yourself more often. Washing machine and electric airer.
We are 2 miles from City centre. Approx 30 mins walk.
Buses city 5 and 6 to city centre (every 40 min) and U1 (every 34 min) 3 mins walk. U2 from Eddington 15 mins walk (every 34min) serve West Cambridge depts, rail station and Addenbrookes.
25 mins walk to Madingley Rd, for the Cavendish Lab, and Vet School or cycle path across Eddington development.
Rates:
Double rates: Weekly £420 (£60 per night), Monthly from £1500 depending on season.
Single use: Weekly from £350 pw (£50 per night), Monthly from £1300 to £1400 depending on season and length of booking.
Extra adjacent sitting room with sofa bed for short term visitors overlooking rear garden available for use. £500 pw both rooms, monthly £1600 to £1700. Cot bed also available.
20% deposit required on booking. First month’s rent payable 1 month in advance and to be kept 1 month in advance.
Parking in drive. Locked shed for bike storage.
